Q: When will I receive my refund after starting a return process?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For orders delivered to U.S. and Puerto Rico, there is no any tax needed to be charged for most orders. For orders delivered to outside U.S. and Puerto Rico, you may need to pay the possible tariff or import fee caused by customs clearance according to the local regulations.
